How is the valuation of the property or assets done?
We evaluate your property based on market studies, sector sales.
What is the percentage of the appraisal amount loaned?
Usually 75% of our assessment value. In certain special cases, this amount is increased by up to 80%.
What are the fixed costs?
File opening and evaluation fees are deducted from the total amount of the loan. Notary fees are also the responsibility of the borrower.
What is the term of the loan?
Our loans usually have a term of 12 months. This term is renewable if the lender is not in default according to the default conditions of the agreement signed between the parties.
